The deposit, the cancellation policy, and what each of us is responsible for on the day.
Draft. Written to match how the booking actually works, but not reviewed by a solicitor. Get it checked before taking real money.
One package: a full interior and exterior detail, carried out at an address you provide, taking roughly three to four hours. The full list of what is included is on the home page.
€110 for a regular car and €125 for an SUV or seven-seater. Pet hair removal is €15 on top and is chosen at booking. If a car booked as regular turns out to be an SUV, the difference is payable on the day, and I will always say so before starting rather than after.
Smoke damage or a car needing several extra hours may need a separate quote. I will tell you before starting, and you can walk away with your deposit if the new price does not suit you.
A €25 deposit confirms the slot and comes off the total. The balance is due on the day, once you have seen the finished car.
An outdoor tap I can reach, an outdoor socket, and somewhere off-road to park the car. You confirm these when booking. If any of them turns out not to be there and it cannot be worked around, the visit counts as a late cancellation.
Please take valuables, loose change and anything breakable out before I start. I clean around child seats rather than removing them. Existing damage — stone chips, cracked trim, worn leather, previous poor repairs — will not be improved by cleaning and is not something I can be responsible for. I will point out anything I notice.
Public liability insurance details to be confirmed.
If you are not happy with the finish, tell me on the day, before I leave. That is when it can actually be fixed.
